Yes, you maybe able to get most of the SPAs. The cutoff for SPA Delhi is however between 1 to 500, but since you have your EWS quota, this may not be a problem for you. JEE Main JoSAA counselling will be starting in a few days, till then register yourself at their official website and wait for the notices. Keep checking the notices on their official website.
