HELLO dear,
Yes you may...But why you want to appear in entrance again..I suggest you go with your current course ..
College doesn't matters...Your skills gives you better job..So focus on skills

Yes, you may appear in MHT CET exam but I will suggest you to first check the complete eligibility criteria of the exam. In case, it is not mentioned anywhere regarding this, please try and contact the authorities of DTE, Maharashtra and get clarification before proceeding.
