Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 172, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical or dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 462 was required to fetch one a seat in the Burdwan dental college in unreserved category under the state quota. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
