hi I have completed my class 12th cbse commerce with 436/500. I want to join any best government college for b.com. how to join in colleges/ universities like Andhra university, Visakha govt. college or any other college. and is anywhere b.com computers available?

First of all congratulations on your class 12th marks! Now for taking admission to colleges, universities, institutions a candidate needs to apply online for that respective college or university for admission. The procedure is almost same majority of the colleges. Also the minimum eligibility criteria for the marks should be satisfied for applying online and not for final admission. For final admission the cutoff marks must be obtained by the candidates, some colleges conduct entrance exams based upon their regulations.
Regarding computers I guess you are asking about lab classes, this completely depends upon the colleges and the syllabus for B.Com (//B.Com) .
