You haven't scored higher grade to get a seat in government colleges..
If your are ok with private college then you can obviously get a seat...
In simple,
You can get a seat in private college.
You can't get a seat in govt College.
So try in private colleges in 2nd counseling instead of govt Colleges.

It even varies from state to state..

• Above 400 for general
• Above 370 for OBC
• Above 250 for SC
• Above 220 for ST
