I have got 220 marks in neet 2019 and my rank is 415646. Will i get any mbbs or bds seat in a govt college? Should i apply for counselling?

Hello,
I assume you belong to unreserved category.
As you mentioned with UR category and 220 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
