Hi..I have 182 score and 21248 rank..i couldn't register for round 1 or round 2 because of eligibility in cut-off issue..So will i be able to participate in upcoming mop-up counseling according to the revised cuttoff rules as a fresh registration??? Can you Please help me with this..
