hi,in all india counseling round 1 after reporting to allotted seat,can we apply for state counseling and what if we get better seat than. all india counseling can we join state counseling seat, leaving all india allotted seat

Sushma, lets say you have been allotted a seat in AIQ, you have an option of Free Exit. You can not join the college and you still will not be penalised. But if you report to the college and join the college and you also participate in State Counselling and get a seat allotted in State Counselling as well and you want to retain the State counselling seat, then you will have to forfeit the security deposit that you paid for All India Counselling. That amount will not be refunded to you under any circumstances.
