Sorry to say, but with a rank of 1961 in IPU CET, you won't be able to get admission in any of the government colleges of IP University, even if you belong to Delhi region.
Because the cut offs for government Colleges doens't gets lower than 1200 even for OBC candidates.
Even if you are an SC/ST candidate, then also you won't be able to get a seat in a good branch of govt College of IP University.
You would be getting only off campus colleges in IP University which are below average.
