As you are from OBC, NCL category and seeing to your percentile you have good chance of getting a seat in NITs .
About college and which stream you will get , it is difficult to say now.
Cut off for jee depends on number of students appeared, exam difficulty level and previous year cut off
2019 cut off for different categories was as follows
CRL 89.75
General EWS 78.21
OBC/NCL 74.31
sc 54.01
After 2020 results , you can predict your college.
