Hi aspirant,
You can change your assigned course/branch to any other course through the student program migration window at the institution.
This window is available after the end of first and second semesters respectively any student eligible for it can apply for it by filling up the concerned form. The number of transfers is 2 percent of the total seats available in a particular program. You will get an email after the first semester explaining the complete procedure.
The application fee for the same is around 10000 which is non refundable.
Note- You will need a CGPA of 8.5 and even higher to be able to complete migration as there is tough competition in that window and transfers are merit based.
