You din't mention your course of interest in which you wish to take the admission. Generally it take admission through KVPY, Jee advance. For further you can go through with below given link.

I have already told the procedure of IISER so please explain what do you want to know further.
IISC provides admission to UG courses on the basis of National level exams like KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advance & NEET. You have to appear any one of he national level entrance exams. The authority will release the cut off marks category-wise for all the exams seperately
For PG admission like M.tech/ M.Des./M.Mgt, Ph.D/ M.Sc and Ph.D programmes you have to fill its application form which is available from 1st February, 2017 & last date is 29 March, 2017.
