A big congratulations to you that you did MA history from University of Hyderabad.
Now, There is not very good placements when it comes to history, political science etc.
My suggestion would be apply for NET JRF and prepare well for that.
There are many options after MA history.
1.Teacher .
2.Assistant Professor.
3.You can apply for UPSC CSE .
4.You can also apply for SSC CGL.
