Congrats for your decision!A naval architect is involved in design,
internal control
, repair and construction of Naval vessels.
For the choice the subsequent criterias should be met.
The candidates must possess a minimum of 60% marks in BE/B. Tech Degree from recognised university in anybody of the subsequent stream:-
Mechanical Engineering with Automation
Civil
Aeronautical
Metallurgy
Naval architecture
Candidates are inducted as officers within the rank of Sub Lieutenant and undergo Naval course at the Indian academy , Ezhimala, Kerala followed by professional training at various Naval Training Establishment /Units/Ships.
The candidate should also meet the age requirements given within the official site.
For application head to the official site of Indian Navy and click on on current events.Choose the Naval Constructor Notification .Select apply and enter your home state and save.Create new account and fill all of your details required.Verify your account. Further selected candidates are going to be drawn up interview.

Thanks for your info. But after graduation is there any exam for naval architecture?.. how can I join that post.?? What is the next procedure after graduation.??

You have to apply in the official site and you will be selected for SSB interview rounds based on Btech marks.The two stages of SSB such as Screening Test consists of OIR, PPDT and GTO, Psychologist & Interview covering four days of the test.Procedure of SSB is similar to NDA.Hope you got it.
