How do I get selected for IIST ?.

You will be selected in IIST with clearing jee advance+mains,gate,jest,net etc.  examination.Because no entrance examination is conducted by this institute separetly.Getting selected to IIST is tough beacause for this you will require a good rank in jee mains and jee advance too.

Hello Aspirant !

You have to score 75% in 12th boards with the subjects Physics Chemistry Maths English and one other subject

Then , clear JEE Mains paper 1.

Then , try to get rank under 1000 in JEE Advance and submit your rank to IIST website.
