It completely depends on your decision. After reading several articles, it was a mixed one and overall will be an above average.

Placements : As admissions in college are done through the UPSEE examination, the college is on the first rank of MBA colleges in UP. It is affiliated to AKTU. Placements in college are average. More than 85% of the students got placed in the pool campus drive. The T&P cell is doing a great job.

Infrastructure : If we talk about the infrastructure of the college, it's not that good. It has one library, one computer lab, and one seminar hall with a seating capacity of more than 500 students. The are volleyball court and badminton court available on the campus, and students play there.

Faculty : If we talk about the faculty and course curriculum, the faculty members are good and frank. They help every student. They play a vital role in the college. Their way of teaching is a little bit different from any other college.

Other : Events like Udbahv, Renaissance, national conferences, and digital marketing conferences are conducted in STEP-HBTI. The college conducts extracurricular activities like sports, cultural, and so on.
