How is SIBM Pune's Innovation & Entrepreneurship programme?
SIBM Pune offers MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship programme which combines innovation and entrepreneurship/ intrapreneurship. The institute makes a conscious effort to make the sessions interactive by using case studies, and references of latest developments in the relevant field. Field visits are a regular feature of the programme. The programme fees is Rs. 19,79,500 for two-years. SIBM Pune also conducts research activities in collaboration with Indian and Global organisations, and universities around the globe. The institute also organises guest lectures for MBA Innovation and Entrepreneurship programme students.

Your concern on the ROI is valid given the high fee structure for the programme. The total fee of the programme at SIBM Pune is around Rs 15 lakh including Hostel and mess charges. The official placement statistics suggests almost the same average campus placement package across the programme. Since the placement data is not announced separately for this particular programme, it’s not very clear whether the programme has an upper hand over the other programme run by the institute.
The institute is, however, one of the top institutes in the region and has good industry ties which facilitate placements across programmes. The total intake for the programme is 60.
