Minimum marks cutoff for Physically handicapped is 45th percentile which is around 107 marks in order to clear your exams .
I guess by 40 you're trying to refer to your age on which I would like to tell you that maximum age limit for applying for NEET is 25 years for unreserved category and there's a relaxation of another 5 years for the reserved category .
So if you're of 40 years then you don't fall in the category of students who can apply for NEET exams.
