The eligibility criteria for BPT course is not neet conducted by NTA. The eligibility criteria for BPT at Gandhi Medical College or Kamineni is:
Candidate should have passed 10+2 (12th standard) or equivalent examination with science stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with at least 45% marks for general candidate and 40% marks for SC/ST candidate.
A candidate should have completed the minimum age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission to BPT degree course.
Selection criterion of the candidate shall be on the basis of merit i.e. marks obtained in 10+2.
