Dear Aspirant,
It can not be said as the CTC calculation are varying from company to company. You can find various CTC-inhand salary combination even within the same organisation therefore, it can not be said with accuracy.
However, you can assume that the in hand salary is about 70-80 % that of CTC. So you can expect a CTC of about 25 lpa for a salary of 1.5 lac per annum.
But these are not concrete figures and you will find varying examples in the real world.
