We cannot decide it by marks because marks vs rank will change every year.according to last year,the cutoff for aerospace is 13k(i.e around 165 according to last year).for homestate it is 32k(i.e around120-125 according to last year)
Marks vs rank may change every year according to paper standards,so we can't decide cutoff by marks.
