see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the questions difficulty level, state from where you belongs to, seat matrix,etc. every state has 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates, if you go for all india quota cutoff is always high rather than home state, however 550+ score is decent to get a government engineering college, for other country admission you need to get the neet qualifying score.
