see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the questions difficulty level, state from where you belongs to, seat matrix,etc. every state has 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates, if you go for all india quota cutoff is always high rather than home state, however 550+ score is decent to get a government engineering college, for other country admission you need to get the neet qualifying score.

But in general, according to previous year trends you need to try to get at least around 580 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination if you want to get a seat in government medical college

For example, last year in
in neet 2019 , 575 marks was the lowest marks for open category to get a seat in Government medical College in U.P under state quota and it was for
Medical College, Bahraich
