if you talk about the qualifying criteria in your ages of class 12 board examination in order to be eligible for the NEET UG examination you must know that a candidate has to secure the minimum 50% in each of physics, chemistry and biology in aggregate if he or she is an unreserve candidate and 40% in each if he or she is a reserved candidate in order to be held eligible for giving the examination and being eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling and verification about qualifying the cutoff for the examination which is the 50th percentile for unreserved category and 40 percentile for reserved category

Hi uttam acharya
The acedmic eligibility criteria for neet is:-
Minimum 60% marks in 12th or equivalent exam for general category and 50% for other category.
You just have to pass this eligibility criteria and the 12th marks are not included or added in neet score like jee exam.
In counselling only your neet score will be considered.
Good luck
