As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 490 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 540 marks to secure a seat in St John's medical College.i hope this information helps you.
