Hi there, I will give you a brief overview of LPUs programs. The eligibility for B Tech, BBA Hons, BSc Hons and B Com hons programs is 60 percent. The eligibility for B Com, BCA and BBA is 50 percent. For BA the eligibility is pass marks in any discipline.

For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) is also given.

I would recommend that you should do all the efforts to score a good percentage. The percentage of eligibility is different for different courses. For most of the courses, it is 60%. LPU is renowned private university with more than 30,000 students and experienced faculty from various institutes. There are more than 200 courses which are offered by the University. The eligibility of a course varies from course to course as in order to take admission in  Engineering minimum 60% marks are required whereas if you want to take admission in simple commerce 50% would serve the purpose . The cut off may vary from 30% to 50% marks depending on the phase you are seeking admission but in order to take admission in Honours, the cut-off is little stringent.
