how my security money will be refunded by mcc as i leave counselling after round 1 and didnt report to their alloted college?

Don't worry you can refund your security money of rs 40000 if you don't want to pursue any course with IP UNIVERSITY college. . You can call or contact IP university for that But however the fees you paid for ipucet or ipu counselling of rs 1000 will not be refunded.. .
