How to lock choices in HARYANA neet ug 2019 state counselling bcz only option for filling choices is given on website not for locking them?

Dear candidate,
The option for choice locking of level 2 (i.e indicative seats) is not available for level 2. This happens because the number of seats get reduced. For second round of counselling, choice filling option is available upto July 12,5pm. Along with this the fee payment can be done upto 13 July.
