For integrated masters, IT has just one paper, which will be common for mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. If you are prepared well with your graduation subjects then it will help you for entrance exam.

The admission in Integrated M.Sc (Physics) is done based on performance in written test mainly in physics of class XII level. The admission in M.Sc. (Physics) is done based on performance in written test mainly in Physics covering general properties of matter, kinematics, heat and thermodynamics, wave motion, electricity and magnetism, light, modern physics, electronics and measurements) and mathematics covering algebraic equations, differential and integral calculus including limits, vectors, matrices and determinants, elementary differential equations and elementary functions and their graphs. So you can prefer the books Class XII & graduation level.
