Hey Dushyantha,

If you want to be an IAS then select that subject in which you have interest and in which you are expert(in arts stream). Join NCC/NSS, in du it will help you to gain experience.

There are many institute from where you can take coahing for ias. Many online test series are available on internet. It will help you.
