Dear Chandra, you havent mentioned the State Counselling you arr speaking of. For most State registrations, there is a single registration window. That is good for all the rounds of State Counselling. So if you havent initially registered for yoir State Counselling, then you have unfortunately missed a chance of participating in your State Counselling process.
