Dear Ankit
So, as most of the government does provide a separate entrance to all types of possibilities. So, for getting into B Tech we have a exam called Lateral Entry Entrance Test(LEET) for people who want to do B Tech after polytechnic. So, by writing this exam you can use that score to opt any of the colleges as of your choice. The minimum percentage would be 45% and as the score is more the chances of getting good colleges are more. So, for this that is 2018 the applications would get opened by 18th may for the examination and the fees is 500 for general category and 200 for the reserved candidates.
I hope this information is helpful.
All the very best.

Admission shall be made by Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula, As prescribed by the Dept. of Technical Education, Govt. of Haryana, Chandigarh. so ther is no way of admission without counselling.

yes, you can take admission in b.tech,It is called lateral entry. You will get admission directly into the second year of b.tech. for this you will have to give an entrance exam. Every state is having different examination for this porpose. like there is leet for diploma holders of haryana. If you score good marks in that exam, then only you will get admission in a good college because the admission depends on the marks you will get in the exam.
There is no lateral entry in iit and nit colleges. if you want to take admission in these colleges, then you will have to take admission in first year by giving the exam of IIT JEE mains or Advance.

Depends on the college, if it takes JEE score for admission then you should give JEE but again JEE has some age restriction(check it if you are applicable to give JEE) And if the college takes some donation for admission then there will not be any problem.
My suggestion would be to talk to the administration of MDU Rohtak. Search their website and you will find the contact no.
Thank you!
