see you can give jee advance test only if you qualified the cutoff score in jee main exam. and jee main advance can be attempt by 2 times. once in the year on which you have passed the 12th course, and next year. suppose you pass 12th in 2019, then you can give jee advance exam on 2019 and 2020. so you need to really study hard for the next time. if you are dedicated to secure a seat in reputed iits or nits you may surely achieve.
