I am done with certificate verification but I failed to register for state 1st round web counseling.Am I eligible for 2nd round web counslg?

Hey,
if you have not registered for the 1st round of Counselling then don’t worry you can register for the second round as per the guidelines. The registration process for second round will open before the Counselling. But you may not get a college of your choice in the second round as a lot of seats are already filled after the first round.
