I am from Karanataka and my score is 243 and cut off for 1 round is 239785 and I am sc with hk and rural can I get mbbs seat

Sorry to say that but your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult as your marks are quite low but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps.

YOUR MARKS ARE VERY LOW TO GET SEAT IN ANY PRIVATE OR DEEMED UNIVERSITIES UNDER AIQ OR STATE QOUTA.
MINIMUM MARKS FOR SC CATEGORY FOR MBBS SEAT IS AROUND 290-300 SO GETTING A SEAT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT THROUGH COUNSELLING.
