I am from UP but i have done my 10 th and 12th from mahrshtra board .will i am eligible to get 85 percent reservation of Maharashtra of state qouta in neet ???

This would require your identity proof where your entire address is mentioned. Since you told that you are a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and studied in Maharashtra. You are eligible for state quota in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
