I am getting 118.5 marks in clat 2019. I belong to obc category and having domicile of UP. Is there any chance of getting RMLNLU ?

This year the expected cut off is high because the level of difficulty of paper was low and as per your score congratulations you do have chances of getting into rmnlu with domicile because when we see previous year cut off trends the lowest score raha been 99 so your safe ro get into a national law university.

If i get admitted in RML or any other NLU , will it be possible for me to write Clat 2019 so that i can get better college next year as i have heard that semesters also happen in same months?

Definitely there is no criteria that you can give another attempt.
