    With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 970-1700. If you fall in OBC category then you have some chances of getting into RMLNLU Lucknow given that you have the state domicile of UP. Apart from that you can get any other NLUs below that like RGNUL Patiala, CNLU Patna and NUSRL Ranchi.

    what can be the cut off for state obc for rmlnlu , this year. The cut off ranks have been fluctuating for years it was nearly 3000 in 2017 , any predictions for cut off for this year (2019)?

    It would be difficult becoz general cutoff would be around 132-135 and obc candidates may get admitted in RML upto 110 at max probably
