I am getting 190 marks in jee main april 2019 and secured 93% in hsc board.. i am OBC and from nagpur...can i get CSE in VNIT

With this marks your approximately rank will be around 20-25 thousand general and 2-3 thousand category.( Will vary depending upon exact conditions and statistics).

But with your category rank there may be chances that you my get CSE ; but don't depend upon this only have another option with you .

And this is a good score ; you will easily get a good college.
