I am scoring 560 marks in neet 2019(state UP and category General) .Can I get seat in St. Johns medical college ?

We don't know what will be the cut off. It varies every year. Apply for counselling and hope for the best. Also u an do one thing , try to contact any of the current students there, at least they can tell u what was the lowest score at which admission was given.
