I am in class 12 and I'll be giving my boards in 2021 so can I apply for pu entrance exam this year or only next year this can be done?

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but you are not eligible to appear for PU This year as you're moving in class 12 and eligibility is candidates appearing or passed class 12 are eligible.
