I am not doing better in the moke test for Jee advanced but I am eligible for Jee advanced. Should I apply for Jee advanced?

Yes, definitely! If you are scoring well in the mock test of Joint Entrance Examination Advanced, then there is no reason for you to not give actual examination of JEE Advanced. So, I think that you should definitely go for the examination and it will also increase your self confidence and you might also get admission into one of the IITs.

You can only register/apply for JEE Advanced if you have secured the cutoff in JEE Main 2018 for appearing in JEE Advanced. This means that if you have taken JEE Main 2018 and have qualified in it to appear in JEE Advanced 2018, then only you can apply for it. Secondly, if you are asking about next year 2019, then you have a whole year to prepare for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. You can keep on taking the mock tests and practising sample papers and appear in 2019. Take coaching or prepare at home, depends completely on you.

Most important is know if you really want to do engineering, and from IITs, NITs+System.
