i am not registerd in all India 15 percent quota now we apply 2nd round registration for esi quota and is there esi quota in telangana state councilling

Hi,

Yes, you can register yourself for the second round of NEET counselling if you have not registered earlier. Along with it, MCI has stated that there will be no ESI quota for AIQ (15% seats). Also, no ESI quota if offered by the Telangana in the State counselling process.
