Your OBC rank is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the NIT Patna, but you have to wait for some rounds.You can also get some medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela,etc but you will have to compromise with the branch.

Yes you can get admission in nit Patna  , there is a little chance . You must attain Jossa counseling up to last round and special round , you may get seat .
