Yes It is true that a female candidate with this AIR has got NIT Srinagar.
Since in NITs there are F emale quota and Home State quota which helps students to get a seat in NITs.
She has got the seat as there may be not many candidates which were competing for the seat reserved unde Home State quota or Female quota.
