i am resident of punjab i hope to get 464 marks in gernal category if i got admission in govt college in all over india

With your score you have less chances of getting into government medical colleges of punjab state  as last year cutoff was 518+ for mbbs seatunder 85% quota and 560+ for 15% all india quota.

You can still apply for private  medical colleges across india.

With 464 NEET score your Overall Percentile will be around 94.21 - 94.91  and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 42349 - 45499

However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and recent COVID19 situation etc.
