Hi,

Well you need to ask the university where you are wishing to transfer about transfer process and whether they accept students with backlogs or not. Also your university needs to be the one allowing uts students to transfer to other colleges. With three backlogs also, your application will look a bit weak in front of the admission committee. So mind all of that before you proceed.
