I appeared and qualified NEET in 2018, whether I can get admissinon in 2020 in any college in india on the basis of NEET- 2018 score.

Your NEET score is valid for 1 year. So if you have written NEET in 2018, that is valid only for that academic year and cannot be taken forward to 2019 or 2020. But yes, the Ministry of Health and Family welfare did announce that the NEET score for students who want to pursue Medicine abroad can use their NEET score for 3 years. In other words, NEET score is valid for 3 years for those Candidates who wish to go abroad to study Medicine. But in India, it is valid only for 1 year.
