I belong Delhi OBC & I have both cast certificate State lable and Central lable , can I apply OBC in other states all India lable in neet admission

The category certificate that holds importance on a nationwide scenario is the one that is issued by central ministry or government. The candidate need to make sure that his caste must be under that respective category in central government list for that particular category. if this is the case, then you can surely apply for other states under your category. Also, in case you apply for other states' counselling processes, you will be required to present your state domicile category certificate for meeting the eligibility criteria. Good luck.
