I belong to gen-pwd category and scored 83 percentile in jee main 2019(jan). What are my chances of getting cs in nit allahabad.

With this percentile your general rank will be more than 1.2 lakhs.
And category rank will depend upon the other PWD students and for this you have to wait till April results .( We can not predict this now because of the less number of students in the category compare to other ).
But for Cs in NIT ALLAHABAD you have to secure rank under 200( category rank) to get admission .
So I would suggest you to attempt the April exam and try to improve your score.( Even you score less in April exam ; your januaJa marks will be considered for the final ranking) means there is no loss at all.
