Hello,
Based on previous year cutoffs and general trends the cutoff for OBC category would be much lower than EWS category.
So, it will be better if you apply under OBC quota.
In NEET counselling, you need to be in state OBC list to be eligible for state quota seats.
And for All India Quota you need to be in central OBC list.
